Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

To start a return, contact us with your order details via email or WhatsApp.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Undergarments or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used, washed, or altered items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Must be requested within the 7-day return period

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds (if applicable)
  • If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos for quick resolution

We’ll make sure your issue is resolved as fast as possible.
